CCS SECC Firmware Update

🔴Only for 'GreenPower' power modules equipped chargers.
Update compatible with power modules by other vendors will be available soon.

1. Implement transparent SECC-EVCC communication, no voltage & current values adjustment before sending to EVCC
2. Speed up the PreCharge state finishing by setting the PDMs to the desired state
3. Implement the possibility to stay in ChargeParameterRequest till PDMs match the requested state
4.Implement compatible logic for DIN/CCS PowerDeliveryReq.ReadyToChargeState parameter handling
5. Improved CCS SECC - Other SECC states management: do not set DEV_READY to own status in case of missing nearby SECC messages
6. Implement safe task set to PDMs
7. Improve EEPROM memory management
8. SECC mode of operation with low-voltage power modules when charging high-voltage cars has been corrected.
9. Logic simplification, refactoring and code cleanup
