Mass sending of commands to stations by filters.

"Stations" page:

1.1. Ability to send OCPP command to stations.
Filtering of the stations to which the command will be sent occurs by selecting individual stations or selecting owners.
After selecting the stations and the "OCPP command" operation, the form will be shown for entering the type (for example: UpdateFirmware) and the body of the command. The command body must be a valid JSON object.

🟠 Using this functionality, a command to stations to that triggers firmware update can be sent.

⭕️ The function of sending commands is available only for roles: admin, super;

1.2 The filter on the page now allows to select stations where the selected versions of software on modem or controllers are installed.

⚠️ The versions of the installed software on the stations will be available in the filter after the stations send BootNotifications, DataTransfer (hardwareInfo) to the Billing Service. Accordingly, the possibility to filter stations by versions will appear after all stations are reloaded.

1.3. Added the ability to mark a suspicious session as "verified" and vice versa - to mark a verified session as "not verified".

When marking a session as verified or not verified, the initiator and date of action will be recorded.
