1. 🖥 Admin UI
1.1. The validity of the link to download export files for the "Charging sessions" and "Transactions" pages has been increased to 12 hours.
1.2 Fixed an error in displaying the date of the transaction in the exported file. From now on, the dates of transactions are displayed in the time zone of the user who performed the export.
1.3 Fixed a bug with loading station information with the map display disabled when going directly to its details from the Sales page. Now the information is loaded correctly.
1.4. Fixed a bug in the display of OCPP station logs for users with Cyrillic characters in the first and last names in the profile.

2. Other
2.1 Added automatic sending of repeated requests for start/stop charging, if there is no response from the station to the first request.
