"Sales" page. Changes in the adjustments of charging sessions:
1.2. From now on, only charging sessions with the "Balance" payment mode can be adjusted
1.2.1. If there is a debt and the amount of the adjustment in favour of the customer is greater than the amount of the debt, the debt will be closed, and the rest will be used to adjust the balance.
1.2.2. In the case of an existing debt and the amount of the adjustment in favour of the client that is less than the amount of the debt, the debt will be reduced

"User transactions" page:
1.3. The charging sessions id’s for related transactions are displayed and the corresponding filter is added
1.3.1 Information about changes in the debt amount for "Income" and "Expense" transactions is displayed, if the corresponding adjustment was made

"Users" page:
1.4.Users with the admin role are allowed to close the debt on charging sessions with the "Balance" payment method

Other
2.1. Fixed incorrect amount in payments created using Stripe payment system for currencies that do not have a smaller denomination than the base unit (for example, Chilean peso, CLP)
