1.1 Update sales export logic for owner sessions: display the payment method "Free to Station Owner" when the owner charges at their own station with the corresponding setting enabled.

1.2 Added an automated withdrawal process: after confirmation, the system creates payments based on the available balance and automatically adjusts the balance upon request completion.

1.3. Users with the “treasurer” role are allowed to close customer debts
