2.1. Added a new “Service” filter (available only to administrators and station owners).
2.2. Added a new station marker that displays the current service status of the station; all stations are now displayed on the map regardless of the “Visible on map” setting. (available only to administrators and station owners).

3. Other
3.1. Fixed an issue with calculating the amount of electricity consumed during a charging session when MeterValues messages started arriving before the StartTransaction command.
3.2. Fixed an issue where the server did not respond with "Accepted" to a repeated StartTransaction request if an earlier request to stop the charging session had been rejected by the modem.
3.3. Added support for handling StopTransaction messages in which transactionId equals idTag. Also prevented a new charging session from being started if another connector has an active session for which the modem has not yet stored the actual transactionId and sends the idTag instead, matching the idTag used in the new StartTransaction request.
